Airport Advisory for the Delegates of the 46th Annual Meeting of the ADB, Delhi 2013
Delegates arriving at International Terminal:
At Immigration area there will be dedicated immigration counters for ADB delegates
Welcome signage en-route and at the counters will guide the delegates to these counters
Delegates are requested to carry their e-mails or letters of invitation for the ADB meet - this will assist in immigration formalities
At immigration desk, one packet containing vehicle parking pass and Travel advisory will be provided to each delegate. (The vehicle parking pass is of use if the delegates use Taxi for going to Greater NOIDA. For further details please see Travel Advisory that will be handed on arrival at the Immigration).
There will be Help Desk staff stationed beyond the immigration desk to assist the delegates
In case of office equipments / media equipment being carried Customs formalities are required to be complied - for advisory please refer to next section
Proceed to baggage area for collecting luggage and custom clearance
There are 4 exit gates from this area - signage at all the gates will guide delegates to the Help Desk in the meet and greet area
Delegates who have a pre-fixed hotel transfer arrangement with Hotels of stay are requested to inform Help Desk, who will assist in locating hotel transfer
Delegates requiring assistance for hiring transportation will be provided assistance by help desks for renting a cab from Airport to Hotel.
Delegates who wish to travel to designated hotels by shuttle service may avail the facility as per schedule
It is requested that preferred travel arrangements - Shuttle service or hired cab - be informed at the Desk to ensure appropriate facilitation by the help desk
Delegates arriving at Domestic Terminal (via other centres):
A. Arrival at Terminal 3
Some Carriers arrive at this terminal - such as Air India, Jet Lite, Jet Konnect, Kingfisher
There are 4 Exit doors, beyond the baggage area
Signage at each will welcome and invite ADB Delegates to the Help Desk in the meet and greet area
Delegates who have a pre-fixed hotel transfer arrangement with Hotels of stay are requested to inform Help Desk, who will guide to the hotel transfer Delegates requiring assistance for hiring transportation will be provided assistance by help desks for renting a cab from Airport to Hotel.
B. Arrival at Terminal 1-D
For domestic delegates arriving at Terminal 1C, Help desk in the meet and greet area will be available for any assistance
At Immigration dedicated counters will be made available for the convenience of the delegates
T3, International Airport
Delegates arriving with office / media equipment are required to proceed through red channel, present invite to ADB conference and declare the equipment being carried.
Information with ADB registration is made available to assist authorities in quick processing
